Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up until the time of your reservation. Visitors are encouraged to cancel a reservation if they know their plans have changed, as this provides the opportunity for others to visit the park.
Refunds
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation time, no refund will be returned. Visitors are encouraged to cancel a reservation if they know their plans have changed, as this provides the opportunity for others to visit the park.
